About us

Located at the heart of Yio Chu Kang, D'Studio is a retail shop managed by NYP Year 3 Business students. D'Studio started out in June 2015 and it is one of the Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) centres, where students get to experience and work in a real-life retail store. The store is designed to feature a premium and classy look, while offering a wide assortment of affordable lifestyle merchandise from fashion apparel, makeup, lifestyle gifts, IT gadgets, sportswear, NYP Collections, to even snacks.

At D'Studio, students get to learn retail management skills such as customer service, cashiering, stock taking using leading edge technology such as data analytics, digital and social media marketing, new ePOS technology and click & collect services to manage the retail operations. They also work in their task forces where they innovate and propose their own ideas, transforming them into reality - both offline and online.

D'Studio constantly keep abreast with the latest trends by incorporating various technologies (eg: cashless payment) that aims to equip students with the industry know-how to enhance their employability in the dynamic retail scene,
