Yes, all the products are available online for your purchase.

No, we are sorry we are unable to take orders over the phone at the moment.

Once your order has been processed, an e-receipt will be sent to you via email. There will be an Invoice No. stated on the receipt which you can use it to check the status of your purchase (Ready for Collection/Still Pending).

All orders are delivered using local courier service at $4.30

All self-collection will be done at D'Studio. We will contact you to arrange the timing for your collection.

You can make payment through Paypal - Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

a) We only allow size exchanges within 7 working days after purchase.

b) You would need to bring your receipt and item down to D’Studio.

c) Kindly ensure that the item is in good condition and in its original packaging before doing so.

You may change the same product to a different size, subject to the product availability.

No, goods sold are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

We do not allow return on your purchases once the order is placed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns via mail at the moment and would only accept the return of physical goods at our store.

If you are opting for self-collection, we will contact you via whatsapp and arrange for collection during the weekdays.

PROMO CODE

If you are a NYP staff or student, you are entitled to a 10% discount. *Terms & Conditions apply.

When you place an order, you will see a box on the checkout page where you can enter your promo code. After you click "Apply", the promo code will be applied and discount will appear immediately along with your order total. The promo code must be redeemed at the point of ordering process; we are unable to apply the promo code after the order has been processed.
